Our breeding program starts with the basic idea that each Labradoodle pup we raise will go into service work, be it mobile assistance, alert work, hearing, sight or search and rescue. Each breeding pair is selected with this in mind. So when you buy a family pet from us it’s nice to know you are getting the very best.

         We are a small labradoodle breeder in the Snow Camp NC area (between Raleigh, Greensboro).  We concentrate our breeding program on the Standard and Medium labradoodles because this is the size needed basically for service.  This size also make  great pets for family’s with older children or need a pet that will be able to keep up with the group.   We have had requests for mini.  So we try to have a litter of minis once a year, doesn’t always happen.  Check with us on this. Puppies/adult dogs.

  One of the great thing about SDP labradoodles is the variation in coat and color.  So we’ll have      chocolate, apricot, black and cream colored puppies. Along with coats that range from bad hair day looks to an non shedding tight coil.   Therefore you have a wide range of look’s and color to choose from.  If you would like to know more about color, coats, sizes and weights visit our information page on them.

          Needless to say, cinch these dog are breed with service in mind, they are easy trainable and very willing to please you.  Such a combination makes for a ideal family pet.    Labradoodles owners are typically surprised at how rperceptive and responsive their pets are, seemingly capable of knowing what is wanted of them ahead of time. Labradoodles have the tendency to outfox their owner if not trained.  So you MUST TRAIN your dog! This will bring harmony for both you and your pet.

       NOTE:   You might see other ads about Labradoodles being “hypo-allergenic.”  In fact, no dog is truly “hypo-allergenic” (completely non-reactive for allergy sufferers.)  BUT, Labradoodles are “allergy friendly” which means that people who suffer from allergies and asthma tend to be more tolerant of them.  So it is important to work with us to get the best coat that will work for you.

PS.       We have implemented the “Super Dog Program” with our puppies. The program starts when the puppies are 3 days old and will continue until the puppies are 19 days old. It is generally agreed that genetics account for about 35% of a dog performance and the remaining 65% is attributed to environment and training. I hope that by performing these 5 exercises for a few moments a day, I will increase their ability to learn, perform, handle stress, and remain healthy in the future. We also do two other tests with our puppies. They are “The Paws Working Dog Evaluation ” and the “The Puppy Aptitude Test.” Both of these tests help me make the best choice of where to place our puppies.
